Recently I went to find out more about OM Skincare at the beautiful Charlotte Street Hotel. I hadn't heard much about OM Skincare before receiving the event invitation but I recognised the super-Instagrammable packaging as I'd seen it on the shelves of Space NK. When I looked into the brand, I was interested straight away as the products use responsibly-sourced natural ingredients and the range has a focus on mindfulness and wellbeing - sounds perfect to me.
Dr Om herself was at the event, and it was so inspiring to meet her and hear her story. She has a PhD in pharmaceutical science so the products are heavily based on scientific research, meaning you can be confident in the ingredients. Dr Om also explained that she travels a lot and couldn't find any skincare that could take her from hot, humid climates to more temperate ones - so she decided to make her own. This means the range really is multifunctional as well as being suitable for the jet setters among us ('us' does definitely not include me - it feels like it's been years since I last went on holiday! Santorini anyone?).
I'm really looking forward to trying out the Pure Glow Cleanser, especially when combined with the Konjac Sponge which is a massive beauty trend right now. The cleanser actually has three uses (Dr Om is the queen of multi-use products!), as well as a daily cleanser it can be used as a make up remover or as a deep cleansing treatment if you leave the product on like a mask. This is music to my ears as having one product that can do the work of three is such a time and space saver! I'll be reviewing these two products soon so make sure to keep an eye out for that.
The range also includes the Invisible Finish Primer with SPF 40, and the No-Lines Nourishing Cream which is an anti-aging cream that also helps to reduce dark circles and de-puff the eye area.. We had a sneak peek of some very exciting new products as well, so the brand is definitely one to keep an eye on.
I was so impressed by the OM Skincare range and absolutely loved all of the products so I think an online order may be on the cards - Miracle Serum, you're mine...
Do you like the look of the range? Have you tried anything from OM Skincare before?
